FPCB Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering

Our Community needs us!  This winter, you can make a difference to your neighbors in need by helping out at the Bethlehem Emergency Shelter.  Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering is a faith-based partnership that provides a network of care and hospitality for the homeless in our community. From December through March, FPCB will help provide guests with a warm bed, dinner, and breakfast on the first Saturday of every month.

This year, the shelter will have a single combined site at Christ UCC church, on the corner of Center and Market streets.  All volunteers will enter at the Walnut Street entrance of the church.

The shelter is projecting to house an average of 60 guests (usually about 20 women and 40 men) at this single site, which will take a lot of hands to run.  Please prayerfully consider if God is calling on you to be his hands and feet here in Bethlehem this winter.
